According to Best Gore member Moroccan_Boy, the abuser in this video is one Osama Mohammed Othmane. He is the manager of Dar Makkah Foster Care For Orphans in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. In the video he’s seen beating the orphans he is supposed to “care” for because they were allegedly watching TV without his permission.
