This video was secretly filmed in Sucre, Colombia on April 4, 2014. It captured a mother brutally beating her two sons with what looks like a large wooden spoon. As they’re being beaten senseless, the boys raise their arms trying to fend off the heavy blows, but the woman just kept throwing more and more.
An ombudsman from the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare said their institution has dealt with 13,670 cases of child abuse in just the first three months of this year. This was one of those cases.
