Video from Brazil depicts yet another thief caught stealing, and delivered punishment on the spot. This one got his hands slapped with sticks. Hopefully the thief reflects on his actions and realizes the pain he’s been causing to individuals and families from whom he’d stolen, and thinks twice before attempting to steal from someone again.
