Frantic Mob Justice Ends with Victim Being Jumped on from Hood of Car

I don’t have any background info about what is happening in this video, but it depicts a scene of a very frantic mob justice delivered to a man I presume was caught stealing. Everything is very chaotic, but it looks like the man was being dragged out of a store of sorts, where he may have tried his luck with thievery, which backfired.

Lynching ends with a barefoot monkey climbing on the hood of a nearby parked car and jumping on the torso of the beaten victim, then doing the same thing again. Internal organ damage must have been significant, especially since victim had already been beaten unconscious.
