The Syrian city of Ar Raqqah and the surrounding governate are under the control of the Islamic State. Newly released video shows ISIS in Ar Raqqah riling up the crowd into a lynching frenzy, who then proceed to beat and stomp three captured Syrian soldiers to death.
Battered bodies of the soldiers, bled dry from beating and throat slashing, are then cuffed to motorcycles and dragged up and down the streets in a celebratory fashion.
No wonder the Syrian Arab Army feels like repaying the invading mercenaries in kind.
