I only got very shaky background info about this video, but allegedly it shows townspeople from a town in Armenia taking a big time exception to an exhibitionist pulling out his junk in public. The video shows the alleged exhibitionist being taken away by police, but the people still try to deliver street justice to him.
It’s nowhere near the same type of street justice we get to see happen in Brazil, but who knew it also existed in Armenia?
