11 Year Old Stabs Man Attacking His Uncle in the Spine, Killing Him

25 year old Turkish man named Harun Ergül ordered a sandwich from a snack bar in Konya, in the Central Anatolia Region, Turkey but didn’t like it. He got into an argument with 35 year old bar owner Ahmet Yıldırım over it but since the two couldn’t agree with each other, Harun Ergül left the shop to return with four of his relatives hell bent on delivering fist justice to Ahmet Yıldırım.

11 year old nephew of the shop owner witnessed his uncle getting beat up, so he grabbed a knife and stabbed the original trouble maker in the spine. Harun Ergül was taken to a hospital but died soon after.

According to Turkish Penal Law, people under the age of 12 years old are not liable for criminal acts. Thus, the boy will not be prosecuted.

CCTV video capturing the stabbing is below. You’d almost think the kid’s done it before. That was a pretty well delivered stab, executed without a second thought.
