Salvadorean football fans caused a disturbance near the Cuscatlán football stadium in San Salvador after Dragon vs Alianza game on April 29, 2014 and riot police were called in to deal with it.
The video shows a small group of shirtless young men teasing the police but retreating after the police made a mock charge. While walking backwards, one of the fans tripped and fell. He was instantly swarmed by a score of cops who beat him with night sticks.
That last cop to jump on the guy was pure loser. The guy was down and had already taken enough beating but that cop saw the opportunity to release his rage and took it upon the kid like mad.
