Philly Transit Cop Gets Beaten, Witnesses Record It, But None Calls 911

Isn’t it beautiful when justice comes back and returns the favor?

A Philadelphia transit cop was getting beat up by an alleged fare jumper but while witnesses watched the fight unfold, none called 911. Some pulled out their phones, but not to call for help, but to record the show.

Is this what is needed? Is this what civilians must do for the cops to wake up? Perhaps next time when people observe a cop getting beat up, they should jump in and beat him up too. I mean – that’s exactly what the cops would do if they saw one of them beating someone up.

And I just love the violence glorifying, police state promoting mainstream media pretending to present a balance report, but making it yet another “OBEY” propaganda.

Septa Police Chief Thomas Nestel says he was horrified, says he was frightened for his cops – which only proves that like all cops in North America, he does not serve and protect the people, he serves the system and protects his own. He would not be “horrified and frightened for civilians” if his cops were beating them up. All he’s concerned with are his enforces of the police state.

This growing divisiveness between police and citizens is the direct result of out of control police brutality, and the culture of impunity whereby cops who assault or murder unarmed civilians are virtually never punished.

So really? What can we civilians do when we see the worm turn? Who would be stupid enough to help a cop when as soon as you’re done helping him, he’ll taze you, handcuff you and stomp you (in that order), and then charge you with… well, something.

By just listening to that prick police chief you hear nothing come out of his mouth but the “us vs them” bullshit. They don’t serve and protect the citizens. They have no intention to. They consider us domestic terrorists – unworthy filth that dirties their shiny badges. Although the chief did not let the opportunity to whitewash their deeds slip by and threw in the police propaganda rhetoric about how hard his cops work to make people feel safe.

You have ignored our pleas to uphold your oaths of office. You have intimidated us, harassed us, maced us, tased us, assaulted us, beaten us, shot us and murdered us. And you still think we should look out for you? Fuck you! If you want respect, earn it.
