A video from Santa Lucia, Ocotlan, Mexico shows captured thief about to be lynched by a lynch mob. The alleged thief is being suspended from a tree head down as a few dozen people stand around him in a half circle as if awaiting a trigger to unleash the beating frenzy. The thief has blood droplets on his t-shirt so he already must have taken a few punches but the worst was likely yet to come. The video however stops before any of it is shown.
The uploader alleged that the thief was hanged upside down for the purpose of interrogation and to make him confess. Make him confess? Torturing someone into confession – that’s what Jews did to Germans during the Nuremberg show trials and we know how well that worked out.
